The program

Program name: SMB Evolution text updates. SMB Evolution is a business of Plutus Technology Group, LLC, and provides review replies, call answering and lead follow-up to local fitness and wellness studios.

What you'll get

By opting in, you agree to receive customer care, account notification and marketing text messages from SMB Evolution. That includes drafted Google review replies for your approval, answers to your questions, appointment and account updates, monthly service reports, and occasional information about our services.

How often

Message frequency varies with your account activity. Most people get a few messages a month; clients approving review replies get one message per new review.

Cost

SMB Evolution does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

Stopping and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop at any time. You'll get one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply START to sign up again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (240) 319-6601 or deane.boone@smbevolution.ai.
